Return-exchange policy
Cancelling an order before delivery (right of withdrawal before delivery)
1. The Customer has the right to cancel the order, i.e. to cancel the purchase transaction before receiving the purchased products and only within 24 hours of completing the order. In this case, the Customer sends a cancellation statement to panterashop.gr at the email address panterasiren@gmail.com. panterashop.gr will accept the cancellation and refund the price to the customer by crediting his credit card, only if the (purchased) product / (purchased) products have not been delivered to the courier company for delivery to the Customer. If they have already been given to the courier company, then the cancellation will be considered as a return of the products according to the terms below.
Changing products after delivery
2. If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase made, he has the right to request the exchange of the purchased product. In this case, the Customer may send an e-mail to panterashop.gr at the above-mentioned e-mail address panterasiren@gmail.com, requesting the exchange of the product with another product of his choice.
3. If the new product has a higher price than the returned product, then the Customer will be notified electronically, by e-mail, to proceed with a new payment process (for the payment of the difference). The e-mail will contain a link to the payment page of this website, through which the Customer will enter all the necessary payment details in accordance with the terms below. If the new product has a lower price than the returned product, then panterashop.gr will credit the Customer with the difference in accordance with the terms below.
Return of Products after delivery (Right of withdrawal after delivery)
4. If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchase he made, he further has the right to return the product he will purchase and request a refund of the price paid. as provided for by Greek consumer protection legislation (right of withdrawal from a completed sale). In this case, the Customer sends an e-mail message/e-mail to panterashop.gr at the e-mail address noted above panterasiren@gmail.com requesting the return of the product in exchange for a refund of the price paid.
Please note that it is not possible to exchange or return products for sizes 35 & 42, which are made exclusively for each customer.
Deadline for exchanging or returning products
5. Any request for exchange or return of a product must be sent within 14 days of receipt of the product. Requests for exchange or return of products after the 14-day period are accepted only in the case of defective products according to Greek law, based on the provisions applicable to sales contracts.

Return or exchange the entire product
7. Both the right to change and the right to return the product (right of withdrawal from the sale) concern the entire purchased product and cannot be exercised on only part of the product (e.g. on accessories of the product).
Status of returned products
8. The return or exchange of a product will not be accepted if it is proven that the product has been used and will be returned at the customer’s expense. Products must be returned (for refund or exchange) in their original condition, complete and intact and with their original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, etc.). They must not have been worn, altered or washed and the tags must remain on the product.
The original packaging must remain intact. In case it has been lost, the product should be packed in a protective bag or outer packaging, to avoid attaching shipping documents or labels directly to the product box.
Sending products to Panterashop.gr
9. The cost of shipping products to be returned or exchanged outside Greece is borne by the customer. Return cost: €8 / package* for the 1st return and €10 / package* for each subsequent return.
*The return cost is calculated per shoe package and is not related to free shipping during the order.
The Customer sends a message/e-mail to panterashop.gr at the email address noted above panterasiren@gmail.com, requesting the return or exchange of the product.
10. For every product that is returned or for which an exchange is requested, the Customer must receive a copy of the original purchase receipt upon shipment.
Delivery cost for products requested for exchange
11. For products for which an exchange is requested, the cost for the second exchange is €10.
12. Products included in offers or discounts cannot be returned unless panterashop.gr made a wrong product shipment or the product was defective.
Conditions for product returns
13. In case of non-fulfillment of any of the above conditions, panterashop.gr is entitled either (a) to consider that the right of exchange or return was not validly exercised, and therefore not to accept the return or exchange of the product, or (b) (especially in the case of products that are not returned intact, have been worn or used) to accept the exchange or return and at the same time claim compensation from the Customer for the value of the defects of the returned product.
Refund
14. Once panterashop.gr receives a product return or exchange request and provided the above conditions are met, it will credit the Customer’s credit card with the corresponding amount. Processing the request and completing the credit entry usually takes 10 business days. The Customer will be notified once the return/exchange request has been fully processed. In the case mentioned above where panterashop.gr is entitled to compensation for defects of the returned products, it will have the right to offset the corresponding amount of the claimed compensation against the amount to be refunded.
